Frequently Asked Questions

Where do games get played?

The games are played on Saturdays all over the coast depending on the draw. Our home games are at Umina Col Gooley Oval. Times will vary week to week usually in the mornings between 8am – 3pm

Where and how often is training?

Training days are Tuesday and Thursday ,Your coach will confirm times depending on time slots for different age groups. Preseason training will start in early March with times and days to be confirmed. Preseason trial games are generally played in March. Venues and Dates will be confirmed by your coach.

When does the season start?

Seniors CCD Rugby League 2023 season commences Saturday 1st April and Junior CCDJRL Rugby League 2023 Season starts Saturday 22nd of April

Can I use my active kids voucher to pay for registration?

Yes you can ! Just provide your 16 digit voucher number & once confirmed the $100 will be deducted from your registration total.Just pay the remaining balance via EFTPOS or OSKO

What are the rules for U6/U7’s ?

U6s play tag football for the season and complete a tackle ready program which is great for newcomers to learn passing, running and catching. This is a fun and safe introduction to rugby league

Are shoulder pads, mouth guards and Headgear compulsory to play in?

Mouth guards, shoulder pads and Head gear are all HIGHLY recommended by the NRL and CCDJRL to maintain a safe playing environment for all Rugby league participants.
